Minius Forever offers custom 3D miniature figurines created based on customer specifications and uploaded images. Each miniature is handcrafted and unique.

• Products are custom-made and cannot be returned unless defective
• Images provided must be clear and high-resolution for best results
• Production time is typically 2-3 weeks after order confirmation
• Actual product may vary slightly from previews due to handcrafted nature

3. Ordering Process

When placing an order:

• Select your desired product and customization options
• Upload reference images as instructed
• Provide accurate shipping information
• Complete payment through our secure payment gateway
• Receive order confirmation via email

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may vary based on:

• Size of the miniature
• Number of figures included
• Customization level (standard vs custom clothing)
• Quantity ordered

We accept payments through Razorpay, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Cash on Delivery is also available for select locations.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout India. Shipping is FREE on orders above ₹1,000.

• Standard delivery: 7-14 business days after production
• Express delivery available at additional cost

• Signature required upon delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items
• Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us license to use them solely for creating your order. We do not share customer images with third parties.
